Operational Excellence Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of complete production support for Oracle Fusion Applications.

• Lead the processes for incident, problem, and change management.

• Establish and oversee SLAs, KPIs, and operational scorecards.

• Manage ticket backlog efficiently, ensuring proper prioritization.

• Ensure system stability throughout quarterly Oracle updates.

• Lead and nurture both onshore and offshore functional analysts.

• Promote performance management, knowledge enhancement, and cross-training.

• Oversee relationships with third-party partners and Oracle Support.

• Conduct assessments of independence and capabilities among team members.

• Encourage automation and ongoing improvement within support operations.

• Identify and prioritize enhancement opportunities that align with business strategy.

• Facilitate the automation of manual processes and reporting wherever possible.

• Conduct root cause analyses to minimize recurring incidents.

• Create executive-level dashboards that track incident trends, ticket volumes, SLA compliance, automation progress, and the enhancement pipeline.

• Provide leadership updates regarding system health and risk posture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role.

• Extensive functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion, with a preference for SCM or Manufacturing focus.

• Proven experience in managing production support within a complex enterprise environment.

• Strong background in vendor and offshore team management.

• Demonstrated ability in establishing operational KPIs and governance frameworks.

• Exceptional executive communication skills.

• Experience in leading post-implementation stabilization is preferred.

• Familiarity with automation tools and AI-enabled support solutions is preferred.

• Experience or knowledge of CPQ, OTM, and Flexi-Pro is preferred.
