This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Recruit and onboard new partners into the Nexus Partnership Program within the mission-driven sector.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with current partners through regular check-ins and continuous engagement.
• Conduct quarterly partner calls to gain insights into their audience, objectives, and content priorities.
• Organize mutually beneficial cross-marketing initiatives, such as blog exchanges, webinars, podcasts, and digital PR collaborations.
• Facilitate connections among partners and Nexus clients to foster valuable, reciprocal collaborations.
• Ensure partner satisfaction and engagement by providing an exceptional, well-structured partner experience.
• Identify growth opportunities for the network and enhance the value that partners receive.
• Monitor partner activities, engagement levels, and outcomes, and report on the overall health of the network.
• Collaborate with internal content, SEO, and account teams to guarantee that partners receive high-quality deliverables.
• Located in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role during the graveyard shift.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• An outgoing and extroverted communicator who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and building relationships over Zoom.
• Strong academic credentials with an exceptional General Weighted Average.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
• Comfortable taking ownership of relationships, leading calls, and representing Nexus professionally to external partners.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple partner relationships and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience in offsite SEO, online PR, digital PR, or backlink building is a significant advantage.
• Prior experience in outreach, partnerships, account management, or PR is excellent but not mandatory.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about advancing in digital PR and partnerships.
