This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Conduct prospecting, closing, implementation, maintenance, and development of client relationships.
• Responsible for establishing commercial relationships with targeted clients, following the product, pricing, and strategy parameters set by the Company.
• Provide advice and information regarding Bold's products or services.
• Gain a deep understanding of how the products work, including their features, benefits, and limitations.
• Support clients during the onboarding and implementation phases, as well as throughout the entire pre-sales and post-sales process.
• Meet the budget assigned for the periods designated by the company.
• Handle confidential information and manage client relationships in accordance with the criteria established by the company.
• Ensure the company’s excellent image is upheld.
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service, seeking solutions to any issues and ensuring that the user experience of the purchased products is satisfactory and exceeds client expectations.
• Contribute to the development of the Commercial Area and the company’s growth.
• Ensure that sales practices are ethical and legal.
• Report leads and opportunities in the CRM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
• Specific knowledge in online products, payment button integration, payment links, Web Checkout integration, APIs, and plugins for e-commerce websites.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the sales of digital or financial products, preferably in the payments industry, fintech, financial institutions, technology companies, or other related sectors to Bold; with knowledge of API integrations, payment links, and payment buttons.
• Solid understanding and experience in e-commerce, payment gateways, and online payment methods (both conventional and alternative) in the payment processing industry.
