Online Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of growth initiatives in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, focusing on acquiring new users, B2B clients, and increasing subscriptions.

• Execute paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google, Microsoft, and Apple Search Ads.

• Oversee the management of ad copy, creative assets, keywords, and negative keywords.

• Enhance the user journey from click to sign-up to boost conversion rates.

• Work in collaboration with the performance marketing manager to establish and structure platforms effectively.

• Increase the advertising budget when the returns support such scaling.

• Formulate market positioning strategies against local competitors.

• Maintain and optimize three regional websites.

• Accurately localize content for Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish audiences.

• Create original local content based on market opportunities and search demand.

• Revise underperforming pages proactively without awaiting sign-off.

• Manage and prioritize tasks across the three markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish.

• Fluent in English.

• Prior experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing.

• Current, hands-on experience managing paid search accounts, such as Google Ads or Microsoft Ads.

• Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion strategies, backed by metrics.

• Strong writing skills in your native language, emphasizing local content rather than mere translations.

• Understanding of software subscriptions, free sign-ups, and self-service funnels.

• Proficient in using a CMS.

• Comfortable with basic coding.

• Preferred but not mandatory: experience in real estate agency or proptech, B2B SaaS acquisition, and familiarity with AI tools.
