Online Marketing Manager – DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of growth in the German-speaking market, focusing on acquiring new users, B2B customers, and subscriptions.

• Create localized positioning and content tailored for German real estate agents.

• Conduct research on alternatives, evaluate competitor products, and develop comparison content aimed at improving search and AI responses.

• Manage and enhance roomsketcher.de using the WordPress CMS.

• Develop the German floor plan gallery with unique, search-oriented content.

• Oversee daily DACH paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Microsoft, and Apple Search Ads.

• Handle ad copy, creatives, keywords, negative keywords, and landing pages.

• Optimize the journey from ad click to sign-up through testing and refined messaging.

• Collaborate with the video specialist to publish German how-to videos.

• Translate onboarding emails, newsletters, and in-app content into German.

• Respond to customer reviews in German.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in the German language.

• Proficient in English.

• Prior hands-on experience in performance, content, or online marketing.

• Excellent German writing and editing skills, with a keen understanding of search optimization.

• Ability to differentiate between effective AI-generated text and subpar content.

• Knowledge of user search behavior.

• Capable of analyzing underperforming campaigns or pages, hypothesizing improvements, and implementing changes.

• Familiarity with software subscriptions, free sign-ups, and self-service funnels.

• Comfortable navigating a CMS.

• Not intimidated by basic coding tasks.

• Strong preference for candidates with paid search experience.

• Experience in real estate, proptech, freemium SaaS, and working with AI tools is a plus.
