Online Marketing Manager, Affiliate, Part-time 20 hours/week

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for budget management and ongoing performance evaluation based on key performance indicators (KPIs) including ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and cancellation statistics.

• Strategize, implement, and optimize affiliate campaigns to enhance visibility and drive conversions.

• Conduct international publisher research, establish communication, and facilitate onboarding processes.

• Collaborate closely with marketing managers across various sectors (e.g., Adventure, Race), retail, content, design, and partner management to ensure campaign content alignment.

• Perform market and competitor analyses to formulate strategic recommendations.

• Design and execute strategies for the affiliate channel's development and implementation.

• Expand the network and refine processes for greater efficiency.

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business/Economics, or a similar field.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in affiliate or performance marketing.

• Proficient in utilizing common affiliate network platforms.

• Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making abilities, and a foundational understanding of technical concepts.

• A self-directed and organized work style with a focus on achieving results.

• A genuine passion for cycling experiences, whether on the road, gravel, mountain bike (MTB), or urban cycling.
