This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will create and produce engaging social media content for our platforms—Reels, TikToks, and Stories—from the initial concept to the final edit.

• You will adapt current trends into formats that align with our brand identity.

• You are adept at both in front of and behind the camera—handling everything from ideation and filming to editing and publishing.

• You will gradually participate in performance marketing: establishing campaigns, running ads, analyzing data, and drawing insightful conclusions.

• You will share your own ideas for blending content creation with performance marketing strategies.

• If you are interested and qualified, you may also develop original content formats for clients.

• You are pursuing a degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related discipline.

• You actively manage a social media channel yourself and possess a deep understanding of platform dynamics—algorithms, formats, sounds, and optimal timing.

• You have a keen eye for aesthetics: visual language and editing come naturally to you.

• You take initiative and do not wait for directions.

• Ideally, though not mandatory, you possess initial ideas or experience in performance marketing.

• You have excellent proficiency in German and a strong sense of tone and style.
