This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and manage social media content for our platforms—Reels, TikToks, and Stories—from conception to final edits.

• Adapt trending topics into appropriate formats.

• Generate concepts, organize shoots, and perform content editing.

• Gradually establish performance marketing campaigns, manage advertisements, assess metrics, and derive insights.

• Offer suggestions for merging content creation with performance marketing strategies.

• If qualified and interested, design unique content formats for clients.

• Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related discipline.

• Actively engage with your own social media account and possess an in-depth understanding of platform mechanics—algorithms, formats, audio, and timing.

• A keen eye for aesthetics, visual storytelling, and editing techniques.

• Self-motivated with the capability to work autonomously.

• Initial ideas or experience in performance marketing are beneficial but not mandatory.

• Proficient in German with a strong understanding of tone and voice.
