This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Formulate actionable digital marketing strategies that align with sales goals, target demographics, product focus, and growth potential.
• Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other pertinent platforms.
• Define campaign frameworks, audience segments, geographical targeting, messaging, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Establish and oversee advertising accounts, campaigns, and partnerships with digital advertising platforms.
• Create and manage paid search, display, retargeting, and paid social campaigns aimed at generating qualified inquiries and sales leads.
• Align campaigns with seasonal sales efforts, product launches, geographic expansion, and business development strategies.
• Test and enhance campaigns, creative content, messaging, and audience targeting to optimize performance and marketing ROI.
• Oversee daily social media engagement and maintain content calendars.
• Produce written, photographic, graphic, and short-form video content.
• Monitor and engage with social media interactions, comments, inquiries, and messages.
• Ensure brand consistency in identity, voice, and messaging across all digital channels.
• Leverage generative AI and emerging marketing technologies for content creation, campaign planning, market analysis, image generation, audience targeting, and efficiency.
• Create and modify digital marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Assist with website modernization and continuous development.
• Organize website content, structure, customer journeys, and calls to action.
• Develop and sustain up-to-date website content.
• Enhance organic search visibility through SEO techniques.
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and online business listings.
• Aid in online reputation management and coordinate responses to reviews.
• Enhance digital lead acquisition, quote requests, and website conversion rates.
• Set metrics and reporting standards for campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and marketing ROI.
• Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and platform analytics.
• Track activities from impressions and engagement through to inquiries, quote requests, and completed sales where feasible.
• Provide regular updates to business leadership with insights on results, trends, opportunities, and suggested modifications.
• Offer digital marketing expertise and execution support to other Dakwakada Capital Investments portfolio companies as programs are initiated.
• Tailor digital marketing strategies to the specific markets, customers, and sales objectives of individual businesses.
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of direct experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience in developing and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms.
• Experience overseeing third-party performance agencies.
• Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, organic social media, SEO, audience targeting, retargeting, and digital lead generation.
• Experience managing business social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Ability to produce compelling written and visual marketing content.
• Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar creative software, along with emerging AI tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for marketing, content development, image creation, and productivity enhancement.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and digital campaign measurement tools.
• Experience assisting with website development, modernization, or ongoing website management.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, building products, home improvement, or other considered-purchase sectors would be beneficial.
• Experience marketing to clients in both Canada and the United States would be advantageous.
• Capability to independently manage multiple campaigns, platforms, brands, and priorities in a remote work setting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders, sales teams, operational staff, and external service providers.
• Availability during appropriate working hours to support operations in Yukon and Alaska.
• Full-time remote position, allowing work from anywhere in Canada.
• Occasional travel to Whitehorse, Anchorage, or other portfolio-company locations, only when there is a specific business requirement.
