Online Learning Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage and market clients through the company's CRM system.

• Address incoming client inquiries and deliver information with clear communication.

• Convey program details to prospective clients via phone and email; no cold calling involved.

• Develop relationships and assist clients through established processes.

• Engage in continuous training and development opportunities.

• Oversee personal scheduling and workflow with the assistance of an experienced leadership team.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-time work experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Comfortable utilizing basic digital tools such as email, video conferencing, and online forms.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently.

• A genuine desire for professional and personal advancement.

• Proficiency in English.

• Must currently live in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the US, Canada, or Europe.

• Not suitable for students or those with fewer than 5 years of full-time experience.

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or consulting is not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
