Online High School Equivalency Tutor – Bilingual Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Facilitate daily tutoring sessions in subjects such as math, reading, science, social studies, and writing.

• Provide tutoring for prospective students as identified by the instructional team or through self-referral by the student.

• Assess, develop, and implement study strategies and HSE curriculum in collaboration with the campus HSE instructional team.

• Ensure timely evaluations and planning reviews for HSE tutoring students.

• Keep detailed records of student progress and share these with the campus instructional team.

• Deliver group or individualized tutoring in specific content areas relevant to HSE examinations.

• Offer personalized tutoring and/or remedial instruction as necessary or assigned.

• Act as an accountability coach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a High School Equivalency Certificate (only).

• Proficient in bilingual Spanish.

• Capability to tutor in math, reading, science, social studies, and writing.

• Ability to provide both group and one-on-one instruction.

• Skill in delivering individualized and remedial instruction.

• Competence in maintaining thorough student progress records and communicating with the instructional team.
