Online English Teacher, Guaranteed Hours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Matric Certificate is mandatory.

• A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.

• A 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certification is required.

• Teaching experience is advantageous, especially in an online environment.

• Excellent spoken and written English skills with a neutral accent.

• Proficient in using Zoom and other standard digital tools.

• Confident in managing a virtual classroom setting.

• Essential technical specifications include:

• A laptop/PC equipped with an Intel® Core™ i5 or higher and 8GB RAM.

• Reliable fibre internet connection with a minimum download/upload speed of 25 Mbps (LAN cable connection only).

• An Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) that offers 4-5 hours of backup power.

• A separate mini-UPS to ensure your fibre router remains powered during outages.

• A noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, and a quiet, professional workspace.
