This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise, enhance, and expand the online educational training platform.
• Oversee digital content while providing support to users and group clients.
• Ensure the technical integrity and aid in the creation of new educational offerings.
• Upload, categorize, and manage educational video content on the training platform.
• Review edited videos to verify quality, accuracy, branding consistency, and proper formatting prior to publication.
• Develop, upload, and manage quizzes, tests, and learning assessments linked to training modules.
• Keep accurate course descriptions, learning paths, and supporting materials up to date.
• Assist in the ongoing development and management of the platform's website.
• Work collaboratively with developers, designers, and internal stakeholders to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Detect and resolve platform issues while coordinating solutions.
• Aid in platform updates, feature testing, and quality assurance efforts.
• Manage group sales access, enrollments, and permissions effectively.
• Provide support to organizational clients utilizing the platform for group training.
• Offer technical assistance to users facing login, access, or functionality challenges.
• Address user inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Investigate potential new educational topics, certifications, and training pathways that align with organizational objectives.
• Assist in assessing market demand, audience needs, and opportunities for platform expansion.
• Contribute to the creation of new courses and educational initiatives.
• Monitor platform performance, user engagement, and course completion rates.
• Maintain organized documentation of processes, updates, and content workflows.
• Support reporting related to course usage, group participation, and platform growth.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Experience in managing online learning platforms, websites, or digital content systems.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control capabilities.
• Comfortable reviewing video content and handling multimedia assets.
• Basic knowledge of website management and online platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Capable of troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support with patience and professionalism.
