• Aid clients in resolving issues concerning their accounts, scheduling, and usage of services.
• Offer comprehensive information regarding pricing, promotions, and membership alternatives.
• Spot opportunities to upsell services and transform inquiries into memberships.
• Collect customer feedback and insights to enhance services and overall client experience.
• Record interactions for quality assurance purposes.
• Work in tandem with marketing and membership teams to coordinate promotions and share insights on customer preferences.
• Remain informed about company offerings, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.
• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Previous experience in a call center setting.
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal oversight.
• Capability to manage inquiries from multilingual customers.
• Understanding of client services and proper phone etiquette.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
