This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Offer assistance to Integrated Facilities clients and internal stakeholders regarding the enhancement of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.
• Provide insights into market trends, suppliers, and operational intelligence pertaining to services operations.
• Identify and direct suitable field resources to implement strategic initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to JLL’s and the client's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethical standards.
• Maintain the integrity of data across all systems and confirm that necessary documentation and process steps are completed.
• Assist in managing supplier relationships and performance programs with key suppliers.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with major suppliers.
• Build relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure that contractual terms and conditions are properly reviewed and approved.
• Aid in the development of diversity programs.
• Create and execute standardized and efficient sourcing processes.
• Formulate sourcing plans aimed at cost reduction, supplier consolidation, sustainability, and promoting supplier diversity.
• Collaborate with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams.
• Oversee sourcing activities including supplier due diligence, RFPs/bids, and the transition to operations.
• Provide status updates to Supply Chain and business stakeholders.
• Offer management, guidance, and follow-up for RFP/bid processes, contracting, supplier onboarding, and operational procedures.
• Proficiency in procurement systems (such as Jaggaer or Ariba).
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year institution.
• 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing for services or indirect categories (e.g., facility services is highly preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional internal and external customer service.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities while achieving results in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to influence and convey information professionally.
• Specialized knowledge in sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
