This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Conduct impact assessments for new features, enhancements, and integration modifications within One Identity Manager.
• Configure, customize, develop, and sustain One Identity Manager solutions.
• Draft and review technical specifications, solution designs, implementation documents, and other IAM-related documentation.
• Create new IAM features and enhancements driven by business and technical needs.
• Facilitate API-based integrations between IAM platforms and security systems.
• Add, alter, and manage integration connection destinations via APIs.
• Lead or assist in functional and technical testing of IAM modifications.
• Oversee releases, deployments, and implementation activities across both development and production environments.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues within One Identity Manager and associated IAM platforms.
• Monitor platform alerts, errors, and operational events to ensure prompt resolution.
• Manage certificate renewals, platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance cycles.
• Support identity lifecycle processes and integrations involving Active Directory and related enterprise identity systems.
• Ensure IAM solutions meet established security controls, operational standards, SLAs, and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, technical stakeholders, and project groups to address IAM-related issues and dependencies.
• Maintain precise technical and operational documentation throughout the application lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to enhance IAM platform stability, automation, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across IAM development and managed services operations.
• Over 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, enterprise security platforms, or related technology fields.
• Strong practical expertise in One Identity Manager, encompassing development, customization, configuration, and administration.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining enterprise IAM solutions.
• Extensive experience with API integrations between IAM platforms and security or enterprise applications.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and access management concepts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, release management, and production support.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise IAM platforms within production settings.
• Practical experience with upgrades, patching, certificate management, monitoring, and platform maintenance.
• Strong skills in technical documentation and solution design.
• Ability to conduct impact assessments and evaluate technical dependencies across IAM environments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience working within structured IT service management, SLA, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
• Proficient in business-level English communication.
• One Identity Manager Developer or Administrator certification is a plus.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated enterprise environments is preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
