This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee the achievement of sales targets and enhance the promotion of product(s) within the oncology, hematology, or rare disease categories.
• Work collaboratively across different functions in each region as a unified team while exhibiting strong leadership skills.
• Create and implement a strategic call plan to meet objectives and expand access and sales opportunities.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory from an accredited 4-year institution.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similar industries with extensive, geographically diverse sales teams.
• Exceptional collaborative skills and the ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.
• A valid driver’s license is required, along with the capability to travel 60-80% across a wide geographic area.
