• Exhibit advanced proficiency in articulating and promoting a clear, persuasive value proposition for the company's products.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated customers.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Evaluate and analyze trends within a complex oncology purchasing and prescribing landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of Sales experience or a minimum of a high school diploma with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in oncology field sales.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Must reside within the designated territory or be within commuting distance to the workload centers in the territory.
