Oncology National Account Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee account management for designated clients, encompassing contracting, invoicing, client status calls, and ongoing projects.

• Act as the primary contact for allocated clients, managing all facets of account oversight including contracting, invoicing, project implementation, and routine status communications.

• Lead sponsorships for IDEOlogy Health conferences and associated client engagement activities.

• Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships through regular communication, ensuring that expectations are fulfilled and needs are proactively addressed.

• Provide clients with timely updates, prepare presentations, identify opportunities for account expansion, and lead ongoing status discussions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate client objectives and craft customized solutions that yield results and reveal new business prospects.

• Engage with current and prospective clients during conferences, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.

• Stay updated on trends and advancements in the oncology sector; develop and manage prospect lists while tracking engagement with existing accounts.

• Assist with client scheduling, communications, and tracking of the pipeline to ensure seamless operations and business continuity.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3+ years of demonstrable experience in a comparable position.

• Prior experience in Medical Education is advantageous.

• Exceptional organizational capabilities, project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Solid understanding of the current role along with the technical systems, applications, and equipment utilized in executing this role.

• Must be adept at managing time effectively by prioritizing and planning work activities and events.

• Capability to make independent and sound decisions across all situations.

• Establish high standards and measures of excellence to guarantee quality assurance in every aspect of work undertaken.

• Display effectiveness and adaptability in changing environments, responsibilities, tasks, and interactions with people.

• Identify and resolve issues promptly.

• Proficient in all Microsoft Products, Zoom Meetings, and project management software.

• Regular travel is necessary.
