Oncology Medical Science Liaison Manager – Regional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, develop, and lead a regional team of MSLs, ensuring clear accountability for performance and outcomes.

• Deliver consistent coaching through regular one-on-one meetings, co-travel in the field, and structured performance evaluations.

• Take charge of onboarding, training, and the continuous development of MSL team members.

• Guarantee consistent, high-quality scientific engagement throughout the region in alignment with Medical Affairs priorities.

• Maintain strong oversight of regional activities, key accounts, and KOL engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced scientific or healthcare degree is mandatory (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent).

• 4 to 8+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or as an MSL is required.

• Previous experience in managing or leading teams is highly preferred.

• Proven success in operating within a field-based, cross-functional setting.

• Candidates must reside within the designated region.
