This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

• Directs Our Company's initiatives to enhance the optimal use of its portfolio while providing resources to customers that foster improved patient outcomes.
• Possesses a thorough understanding of the relevant product portfolio to deliver approved disease and product information to key decision makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts.
• Leverages internal data and analytics to assess account performance and pinpoint opportunities for suitable engagement.
• Develops a strategic approach to account management in accordance with approved guidance from the marketing teams.
• Fosters trust and builds relationships with key decision makers, stakeholders, and influencers to grasp their objectives, goals, and challenges.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BS, BA, or BSN) or at least a high school diploma combined with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of pertinent experience in healthcare, life sciences, sales, account management, or managed care.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Ability to forge and nurture meaningful customer relationships with senior healthcare executives and key opinion leaders.
• Proven financial acumen with the capability to articulate the value proposition and negotiate when necessary.
• Strong grasp of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally, with the ability to engage with individuals from diverse cultures and fields.
• Exceptional leadership abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively in cross-functional, matrix organizations.
