This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
• Develops and nurtures trust with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers through clear communication, integration, and teamwork.
• Capable of leading through difficult and uncertain situations while ensuring that deadlines and goals are achieved.
• Proficient in influencing others and leading without formal authority during complex scenarios.
• Possesses a thorough understanding of the relevant product portfolio to deliver approved disease and product information to key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts.
• Directs initiatives to optimize appropriate use of the portfolio while providing resources to customers that enhance patient outcomes.
• Employs internal data and analytics to assess account performance and pinpoint opportunities for effective engagement.
• Develops a strategic approach to account management in accordance with the approved guidelines from the marketing teams.
• Bachelor's Degree or at least a high school diploma with a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years of pertinent experience in healthcare, life sciences, sales, account management, or managed care.
• A valid Driver’s License.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and cultivate significant customer relationships with senior healthcare executives and key opinion leaders.
• Proven financial acumen, with the ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate when necessary.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Strong leadership capabilities and proficiency in collaborating within cross-functional, matrix organizations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
