This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Act as the primary liaison for the company in managing relationships with prescribers and key stakeholders.
• Provide compliant clinical presentations to academic institutions, hospitals, and large group practices.
• Create and implement customer engagement strategies within the assigned territory.
• Conduct mapping of stakeholders and influence for account planning.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Centers of Excellence and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Improve clinical knowledge and understanding of reimbursement and infusion oncolytic distribution.
• Convert territory and account strategies into quantifiable clinical adoption and business outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams throughout the patient journey.
• Assess product performance within accounts and adjust actions as necessary.
• Integrate feedback from the Regional Business Director to enhance skills, strategies, and performance.
• Comply with all regulatory, compliance, and company policies.
• Travel domestically around 50% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in business, biological sciences, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of account sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant therapeutic experience in hematology, immune oncology, rare diseases, solid tumors, and/or IV infusion products.
• Proven experience working with designated accounts, stakeholders, Key Opinion Leaders, and executive-level clients.
• Experience engaging with large oncology group practices, hospitals, academic institutions, community markets, and integrated delivery networks.
• A valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
• Must fulfill credentialing requirements for access to academic institutions, medical facilities, and organizations within the designated geography.
• Capability to undergo applicable background checks, drug screenings, and provide proof of immunization and/or vaccinations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, consultative selling, presentation, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in key account management and selling skills.
• Understanding of standards of care and emerging clinical trends.
• Ability to effectively communicate approved, on-label product information.
• Technical aptitude for promoting products in a virtual setting using digital tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, business planning, reporting tools, LMS, and related technologies.
• Skills in managing internal relationships, working independently, prioritizing tasks, and strategic thinking.
• Capacity to collaborate with diverse, matrixed internal stakeholders.
