This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• The Oncology Case Manager is tasked with nurturing and expanding business relationships with current clients within a designated territory.
• This position emphasizes the management of customer relationships from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience from the initiation of orders to the delivery of laboratory reports.
• Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to provide outstanding customer support and satisfaction.
• Implement strategies for customer retention to sustain and enhance existing accounts.
• Develop and sustain value-driven relationships with current clients, promoting increased usage of products and services.
• Maintain regular communication with team members, Customer Support, and Commercial Leadership to relay customer feedback, success stories, challenges, and best practices.
• Accurately record customer interactions, updates, and value-driven activities in the CRM system.
• Cultivate and uphold a solid understanding of company products, services, technology platforms, reimbursement and billing processes, and molecular profiling solutions.
• Establish and maintain transparent communication with key stakeholders at assigned accounts and escalate any issues that may affect customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the maintenance of assigned company equipment and assets.
• Timely and accurately submit required reports and documentation.
• Achieve or surpass assigned performance objectives.
• Provide support for meetings, conferences, and trade shows as necessary.
• Assist physicians with the ordering and interpretation of the CMI platform, ensuring QC report accuracy, which requires access to PHI.
• Keep a primary focus on case management.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of experience in account management or customer-facing roles is required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are essential.
• Familiarity with clinic-based business practices is necessary.
• Capability to learn proprietary software is needed.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and collaborative skills are important.
• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required.
• Successful completion of pre-employment requirements is expected.
• Travel may be required periodically, including potential evenings, weekends, or holidays.
