📋 Description

• Provide effective support for Genmab’s Oncology portfolio within the U.S. market.

• Accountable for achieving or surpassing assigned sales targets in the territory by adeptly positioning the advantages and applications of Genmab’s products for the appropriate patient demographics.

• Exhibits strong time management skills by concentrating on engagements that enhance brand value, prioritizing activities that positively impact patients.

• Formulates and executes comprehensive territory business plans focused on performance; aims to meet or exceed productivity standards for the territory.

• Capable of adapting between virtual and face-to-face engagements, while crafting business plans that consider the communication preferences of accounts.

• Shows proficiency in analyzing key market data points and translating insights into effective business strategies.

• Cultivates robust, long-lasting relationships with customers across all assigned accounts, consistently offering value-based solutions.

• Represents Genmab’s brands in a professional, compliant, ethical, and effective manner.

• Possesses a thorough understanding of disease states, Genmab’s brands, and relevant competitor products, demonstrating the ability to convey value across various communication mediums (digital, live, etc.).

• Exhibits a high level of proficiency regarding the broader reimbursement landscape; has an in-depth understanding of the reimbursement and fulfillment pathways for injectable medications.

• Demonstrates exceptional territory management and outstanding selling skills.

• Exhibits creativity in gaining access to customers in the evolving landscape.

• Promotes team effectiveness and the achievement of shared objectives by sharing knowledge, experience, and insights.

• Efficiently manages territory resources and budget.

• Adheres to all laws, regulations, and policies governing the conduct of Genmab U.S. staff.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• A minimum of 4 years in sales, marketing, or clinical roles (pharmaceutical, biotech, rare disease, or patient care) is required.

• At least 4 years of proven success in Oncology sales and/or account management is necessary for consideration as a Senior Oncology Account Manager.

• Experience with Oncology launches is preferred.

• Demonstrated strong capabilities in account management, exceptional selling skills, and a proven sales performance record of meeting or surpassing targets.

• Strong analytical skills to comprehend and evaluate business and market drivers, enabling the development, execution, and adjustment of territory business plans.

• Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships with key customers, office personnel, and others within the customer influence network.

• Ability to work effectively within matrix teams.

• Track record of self-development to drive and enhance performance.

• Proficient in applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Veeva, etc.

• Must possess flexibility, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong attention to detail.

• Capable of effectively communicating with customers and internal/external contacts at all levels.

• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Commitment to operating in accordance with industry laws, regulations, and high ethical standards.
