This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Expert knowledge of product clinical information, with the ability to convey the value proposition of Avutometinib and Defactinib to clients.
• Proven ability to achieve business goals in a compliant manner.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical insights and marketplace dynamics related to oncology.
• Establish and sustain a detailed understanding of assigned accounts and key clients, including their perceptions of Avutometinib and Defactinib.
• Leverage approved resources to inform stakeholders in target accounts about product advantages, safety measures, and side effect management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to offer comprehensive account support throughout the patient journey.
• Exhibit the capability to comprehend complex account interdependencies to implement both short-term and long-term account strategies with various stakeholders.
• Create outstanding business plans that align with brand strategies and allocate promotional resources efficiently and in compliance, leading to favorable business outcomes.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding and analytical ability in business, products, technical challenges, and the evolving market landscape.
• Extend influence beyond specific geographical or product areas by showcasing an advanced ability to ask strategic and insightful questions to gather information on customer needs from all oncology account stakeholders.
• Actively engage in all product, skill, and corporate training sessions to enhance both personal and team competencies.
• Maintain a patient-centered approach while building and nurturing strong, positive relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Display robust collaboration and teamwork abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive compliant demand generation efforts with prescribers.
• Possess the ability to identify and analyze trends within a complex purchasing environment, including various drug distribution channels, Oncology GPOs, wholesalers, and specialty pharmacies.
• Provide appropriate staff support at exhibit booths and displays.
• Comply with company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• A minimum of a BA/BS degree is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Oncology and/or Rare Disease is required.
• Experience in Women’s Health or GYN/Oncology is preferred.
• Oral drug experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed, which may involve overnight and/or weekend travel; 50% overnight travel is expected.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to adhere to any customer credentialing and safety protocols (e.g., current vaccinations and training).
