This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Provide effective support for Genmab’s Oncology portfolio within the U.S. market.
• Accountable for achieving or surpassing designated sales targets in the territory by effectively highlighting the advantages and applications of Genmab’s products for suitable patients.
• Exhibits efficient time management by concentrating efforts on engagements that enhance brand value, prioritizing actions that positively impact patients.
• Formulates and executes comprehensive territory business plans focused on performance; consistently meet or exceed productivity benchmarks.
• Displays the capability to adapt between virtual and face-to-face interactions and develops business strategies aligned with account communication preferences.
• Shows the ability to assess key market data points and translate insights into effective business strategies.
• Cultivates strong, enduring relationships with customers across all assigned accounts, consistently challenging them with value-driven solutions.
• Represents Genmab’s brands in a manner that is professional, compliant, ethical, and effective.
• Exhibits a comprehensive understanding of disease states, Genmab’s products, and relevant competitor offerings, demonstrating the ability to communicate value across various platforms (e.g., digital, live, etc.).
• Possesses a high level of proficiency regarding the broader reimbursement landscape, including a deep understanding of the reimbursement and fulfillment processes for injectable medications.
• Demonstrates exceptional territory management and superior sales skills.
• Exhibits innovative approaches to gaining access to customers in the contemporary landscape.
• Enhances team effectiveness and the achievement of collective goals by sharing knowledge, expertise, and information.
• Manages territory resources and budget effectively.
• Adheres to all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of Genmab U.S. staff.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• A minimum of 4 years in sales, marketing, or clinical roles (pharmaceutical, biotech, rare disease, or patient care) is essential.
• At least 4 years of demonstrated success in Oncology sales and/or account management is required for consideration as a Senior Oncology Account Manager.
• Experience in launching Oncology products is preferred.
• Proven strong capabilities in account management, superior selling skills, and a successful sales performance history of meeting or exceeding objectives.
• Strong business analytics skills to comprehend and analyze business and market dynamics, and to develop, implement, and modify territory business strategies.
• Proven skills in establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key customers, office staff, and others within the customer influence network.
• Ability to work effectively within matrix teams.
• A track record of self-driven development to enhance performance is essential.
• Proficiency in applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Veeva, etc. is required.
• Must be adaptable, capable of managing multiple tasks, and possess strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal/external contacts at all levels.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
• A demonstrated commitment to operating in compliance with industry laws, regulations, and high ethical standards is vital.
