This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
• Oversee a designated territory while fostering reliable partnerships with oncology care professionals.
• Develop and implement territory business strategies that align with commercial objectives.
• Establish and nurture relationships with oncologists, specialty pharmacists, nurse navigators, and institutional clients.
• Recognize key prescribers and accounts, utilizing available resources to address their needs and priorities.
• Collaborate effectively with medical affairs, market access, commercial operations, and other cross-functional teams.
• Enhance patient access and ensure the prompt availability of therapies.
• Leverage customer insights and data to prioritize actions, establish goals, and assess performance.
• Assist in product launches and local promotional initiatives through well-coordinated and compliant field programs.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biologic, specialty sales, or clinical oncology with direct engagement with physicians or institutions.
• A valid driver’s license and capacity to drive within the assigned territory.
• Must reside within the assigned territory; relocation assistance is not available.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and occasionally beyond, including overnight stays.
• Travel may range from 30% to 50% based on territory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills aimed at building trustworthy relationships and influencing without authority.
• Preferably two or more years of experience in oncology or specialty sales.
• Experience in health systems or institutional accounts is preferred.
• Background in hematology or solid tumor therapies is preferred.
• Experience with infusion products is preferred.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, payer engagement, or account-based strategies is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute territory plans and achieve measurable objectives.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
