• Expertise in clinical product knowledge and the capacity to convey the value proposition of Avutometinib and Defactinib to clients.

• Develop and sustain an extensive understanding of designated accounts and key clients, including their views on Avutometinib and Defactinib.
• Leverage approved resources to inform stakeholders in target accounts about product advantages, safety, and management of side effects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support accounts throughout the entire patient journey.
• Demonstrate the capability to comprehend complex account interdependencies to implement both short-term and long-term account strategies alongside a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Create exceptionally well-structured business plans that align with brand strategic goals and allocate promotional resources effectively and compliantly to drive robust business outcomes.
• Exhibit advanced knowledge and analytical skills concerning business, products, technical matters, and the evolving market landscape.
• Influence beyond specific geographical or product domains by showcasing an advanced ability to pose strategic, insightful questions to gather information on customer requirements from all oncology account stakeholders.
• Actively engage in all product training, skill development, and corporate training to enhance personal and team capabilities.
• Maintain a patient-centered focus by cultivating and nurturing strong, positive relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Compliantly execute demand generation initiatives with prescribers.
• Capable of identifying and analyzing trends in a multifaceted purchasing environment, including various drug distribution channels, Oncology GPOs, wholesalers, and specialty pharmacies.
• Provide appropriate staff support at exhibit booths and displays.
• Comply with company and regulatory guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• A minimum of a BA/BS degree is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Oncology and/or Rare Disease is required.
• Experience in Women’s Health or GYN/Oncology is preferred.
• Prior experience with oral drugs is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel; 50% overnight travel is expected.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to meet any customer credentialing and safety requirements (e.g., current vaccinations, trainings).
