• Create and implement a comprehensive territory plan that involves collaborating with hospitals and imaging centers to promote the utilization of Cerianna for imaging services.
• Establish Cerianna as a molecular imaging diagnostic PET agent specifically for recurrent or metastatic ER+ breast cancer, ensuring its appropriate placement within the breast cancer patient care pathway.
• Identify key referring healthcare providers, build strong relationships, and effectively influence their decision-making processes to enhance awareness of Cerianna.
• Act as a trusted consultant to imaging centers and referrers to facilitate access to Cerianna and eliminate obstacles to ordering it.
• Work alongside reimbursement market access support teams to enhance the implementation and satisfaction of payor contracts across imaging centers and hospitals.
• Partner with pharmacy channel collaborators to fulfill customer product delivery objectives and expectations.
• Engage in pre-call planning and in-call inquiries to comprehend customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive product utilization.
• Track the performance and outcomes of the territory plan, collaborating with cross-functional partners to determine subsequent steps.
• Utilize virtual selling techniques and cold calling to reach new and existing targets.
• Develop pricing strategies, negotiate prices, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with pricing regulations for market opportunities.
• Forecast orders and sales within the assigned territory and provide weekly progress updates.
• Represent the company at healthcare conferences and seminars to showcase our products and brand.
• Possess a thorough understanding of the goals, needs, workflows, and financial expectations of Imaging Centers and Hospital departments regarding PET imaging.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers on wider healthcare system strategies to boost demand and eliminate access barriers to Cerianna.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a valid and current certification from the NMTCB or AART.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience or relevant experience in the medical, healthcare, technical, pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences industries.
• Experience in selling to hospitals, contracting, and supply chain management, or relevant clinical experience in a healthcare environment.
• A demonstrated history of sales success, including the development, organization, and execution of sales plans, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, and successfully penetrating new accounts or markets through effective prospecting, lead qualification, sales, and negotiations, or relevant experience in a healthcare organization successfully leading the adoption of new initiatives.
• Proven ability to meet objectives while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, along with an understanding of the Nuclear Medicine/PET/pharmaceutical industry.
• Capacity to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities through excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management abilities.
• Willingness to reside within the assigned territory.
• Availability and ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the time.
