This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Create and implement a comprehensive territory strategy that involves collaborating with hospitals and imaging centers to provide imaging services that utilize Cerianna.
• Establish Cerianna as a molecular imaging diagnostic PET agent for patients with recurrent or metastatic ER+ breast cancer, ensuring its appropriate integration into the breast cancer patient care pathway.
• Identify leading referring healthcare providers, build relationships, and influence decision-making criteria to enhance awareness of Cerianna.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to imaging centers and referrers, facilitating access to Cerianna and addressing obstacles to its ordering.
• Work in partnership with reimbursement market access support teams to maximize payor contract implementation and satisfaction across imaging centers and hospitals.
• Collaborate with pharmacy channel partners to achieve the customer’s product delivery objectives and expectations.
• Engage in pre-call planning and in-call inquiries to comprehend customer needs, develop solutions, and drive usage.
• Track the performance and results of the territory plan, working alongside cross-functional partners to determine subsequent actions.
• Utilize virtual selling techniques and conduct cold calls to both new and existing targets.
• Provide pricing strategies, engage in price negotiations, manage contracts, and ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunities.
• Forecast orders and sales within the designated territory and submit weekly progress reports.
• Represent the company at healthcare conferences and seminars to promote our products and brand.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of the goals, needs, workflows, and financial expectations within Imaging Center and Hospital departments related to PET imaging.
• Coordinate with Strategic Account Managers to develop broader healthcare system strategies aimed at driving demand and eliminating barriers to accessing Cerianna.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a valid and current certification through the NMTCB or AART.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience or relevant experience in medical, healthcare, technical, pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences fields.
• Experience in hospital sales, contracting, supply chain, or relevant clinical experience in a healthcare environment.
• A proven record of sales success, including developing, organizing, and executing sales plans, achieving and surpassing sales targets, and penetrating new accounts/markets/competitors through expertise in prospecting, lead qualification, sales, and negotiations or relevant experience in a healthcare organization driving the successful adoption of new ideas, programs, or initiatives.
• Demonstrated capability to meet objectives while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and knowledge of the Nuclear Medicine/PET/pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities through effective organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
