This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Create and implement a comprehensive territory plan that involves collaboration with hospitals and imaging centers to promote the use of Cerianna for imaging services.
• Position Cerianna as a molecular imaging diagnostic PET agent for recurrent or metastatic ER+ breast cancer, ensuring it is appropriately integrated into the breast cancer patient care pathway.
• Identify key referring healthcare providers, build strong relationships, and effectively influence decision-making criteria to enhance awareness of Cerianna.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to imaging centers and referrers to facilitate access to Cerianna and eliminate barriers to ordering the product.
• Work in conjunction with reimbursement market access support teams to maximize the implementation and satisfaction of payor contracts across imaging centers and hospitals.
• Partner with pharmacy channel collaborators to achieve customer product delivery objectives and expectations.
• Engage in pre-call planning and utilize effective in-call questioning techniques to comprehend customer needs, develop solutions, and drive utilization.
• Track the performance and outcomes of the territory plan, collaborating with cross-functional partners on subsequent action steps.
• Execute virtual selling and cold calling to both new and existing targets.
• Provide guidance on pricing strategy, engage in price negotiations, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with pricing standards for segment opportunities.
• Forecast orders and sales in the assigned territory while submitting weekly progress reports.
• Represent the company at healthcare conferences and seminars to promote products and the organization.
• Possess a thorough understanding of the goals, needs, workflows, and financial expectations of Imaging Centers and Hospital departments related to PET imaging.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to drive demand and eliminate barriers to accessing Cerianna within broader healthcare system strategies.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a valid and current certification through the NMTCB or AART.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience or related experience in a medical, healthcare, technical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences field.
• Experience in selling to hospitals, contract management, and supply chain, or relevant clinical experience in a healthcare environment.
• A proven record of sales success, including the development, organization, and execution of sales plans, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, and penetrating new accounts/markets through expertise in prospecting, lead qualification, sales, and negotiations, or relevant experience in a healthcare organization leading the successful adoption of new initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and knowledge of the Nuclear Medicine/PET/pharmaceutical industry.
• Capability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively through excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Must be willing to reside within the territory.
• Must be prepared for 50% overnight travel.
