This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive territory strategy that involves collaboration with hospitals and imaging centers to provide imaging services that utilize Cerianna.
• Position Cerianna as a molecular imaging diagnostic PET agent specifically for recurrent or metastatic ER+ breast cancer, ensuring its correct placement within the breast cancer patient care pathway.
• Identify key referring healthcare providers, cultivate relationships, and effectively influence decision-making criteria to enhance awareness of Cerianna.
• Act as a trusted consultant to imaging centers and referrers to facilitate access to Cerianna and eliminate obstacles to its ordering.
• Collaborate with reimbursement market access support teams to enhance payor contract implementation and satisfaction across imaging centers and hospitals.
• Work alongside pharmacy channel partners to achieve product delivery objectives and meet customer expectations.
• Engage in pre-call planning and in-call questioning to gauge customer needs, devise solutions, and drive product utilization.
• Monitor the performance and results of the territory plan, collaborating with cross-functional partners on subsequent action steps.
• Conduct virtual selling and cold calls to both new and existing targets.
• Provide pricing strategy, price negotiation, and contract management while ensuring compliance with pricing regulations for segment opportunities.
• Forecast orders and sales for the assigned territory and submit weekly progress reports.
• Represent the company at healthcare conferences and seminars to promote our products and brand.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the goals, needs, workflows, and financial expectations of Imaging Centers and Hospital departments related to PET imaging.
• Coordinate with Strategic Account Managers on comprehensive healthcare system strategies to drive demand and eliminate barriers to accessing Cerianna.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a valid current certification through the NMTCB or AART.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience or relevant experience in the medical, healthcare, technical, pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences sectors.
• Experience in selling to hospitals, contracting, and supply chain, or relevant clinical experience within a healthcare setting.
• A proven history of sales success, including the development, organization, and execution of sales plans, achieving and surpassing sales targets, and penetrating new accounts/markets through effective prospecting, lead qualification, sales, and negotiations or relevant experience in a healthcare organization that successfully adopted new ideas, programs, or initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to meet objectives while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and knowledge of the Nuclear Medicine/PET/pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven capability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities through effective organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Must be willing to reside within the designated territory.
• Must be prepared and able to undertake 50% overnight travel.
