This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Carry out administrative onboarding responsibilities to guarantee that employees meet compliance standards and are prepared to start their initial billable shift.
• Oversee the administrative and compliance onboarding process from the moment of hire until assignment readiness.
• Complete the I-9 Form, conduct state background checks, and perform reference verifications.
• Manage and prioritize workload according to task aging, urgency, and operational priorities.
• Examine and validate medical documentation for employment and regulatory compliance.
• Audit and upload onboarding packets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
• Develop and maintain employee profiles within the home care platform.
• Conduct regular audits of files to uphold onboarding standards and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding challenges and guarantee employee readiness.
• Engage in process improvements and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Attend team meetings and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize HR platforms such as Workday, ADP, ApplicantStack, i9 Vantage, and Verified First.
• Process assigned requests from the internal ticketing system.
• Uphold the confidentiality and security of extremely sensitive materials.
• Engage in additional projects or tasks as assigned.
• A High School Diploma is mandatory.
• A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience is required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
• Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
• Proficient in extensive computer and telephone usage.
• Capability to maintain confidentiality and security of highly sensitive materials is crucial.
• Ability to perform primarily seated work, with occasional requirements for standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
