Client Onboarding Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main virtual liaison for both new and incoming clients.

• Make outbound calls, send emails, and engage in messaging to welcome and onboard clients.

• Participate in discussions to identify client needs and aspirations.

• Provide clear explanations of service offerings and suggest appropriate next steps.

• Arrange follow-up calls or connect clients with suitable team members.

• Keep thorough and precise client records in the CRM system.
