This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Oversee the strategy and comprehensive execution of onboarding programs for the Patient Service Center, which includes cohort planning, curriculum sequencing, certifications, and alignment with cross-functional teams.
• Direct the planning of learning enablement for product launches, process modifications, and key initiatives that impact Patient Service Centers.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management and Operations to ensure that onboarding and training plans are in sync with staffing, capacity, operational constraints, and business requirements.
• Conduct assessments on change impact to determine learning, communication, and readiness needs.
• Develop strategies and standards for learning communications and training implementations.
• Design and initiate an operational communication framework in collaboration with cross-functional colleagues.
• Lead the communication and engagement efforts related to learning.
• Organize the distribution of training materials, job aids, desk drops, and reinforcement activities.
• Retain responsibility for timelines, deliverables, approvals, and transitions across Learning, Operations, and support teams.
• Act as the main coordinator for initiatives related to onboarding and learning.
• Work in conjunction with Quality and Compliance to fulfill documentation and audit requirements.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and dependencies, and provide progress updates to PSC L&D leadership.
• Manage a small team directly, including setting goals, prioritizing work, coaching, and providing performance feedback.
• Promote team development and encourage collaboration and accountability.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences.
• At least 6 years of experience in program management, onboarding, learning enablement, change management, or similar roles.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Proven success in managing intricate, cross-functional programs.
• Experience in supporting onboarding or workforce readiness initiatives.
• Strong skills in planning, sequencing, stakeholder communication, and overall communication.
• Capability to function effectively in dynamic, operational, or frontline settings.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% may be necessary.
