Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the movement of candidates and address client requirements throughout the hiring and onboarding phases.

• Facilitate candidate endorsements and create candidate briefs.

• Organize and oversee interview schedules.

• Conduct follow-ups with clients and candidates via email, messaging, Dialpad, and outbound calls.

• Collect interview feedback and manage candidate transitions.

• Actively reassign qualified candidates who are not selected to other suitable active roles within specified timelines.

• Coordinate the necessary onboarding procedures.

• Address client concerns and manage escalations.

• Collaborate closely with Staffing/Recruitment, Customer Success, and various internal teams.

• Ensure precise tracking, records, and documentation of ongoing activities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with ease in engaging clients and candidates, including during outbound calls.

• Highly organized and detail-focused, capable of managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.

• Strong time management and follow-up abilities in a dynamic environment.

• Proactive problem-solver who can pinpoint obstacles, adapt to shifting priorities, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Customer-service oriented with robust skills in client relationship and stakeholder management.

• Exhibits ownership, accountability, and a results-driven mindset in task completion.

• Proficient in using email, calendars, communication tools, CRM/ATS systems, and other administrative resources.

• Maintains precise documentation and records while ensuring effective coordination across teams.
