This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +28 more states.
• Guide churches through a successful launch utilizing Tithely products including Giving, Apps, ChMS, Sites, and add-ons.
• Offer personalized, timely 1:1 onboarding and support for designated accounts.
• Ensure a top-notch onboarding experience through 1:1 video meetings, phone conversations, emails, inbox communication, webinars, and other onboarding activities as necessary.
• Enhance retention efforts by proactively engaging with customers who may be at risk of cancellation.
• Present and promote Premium Onboarding for clients seeking ongoing, guided onboarding support.
• Facilitate seamless transitions to long-term or lifetime care services for high-value clients.
• Achieve successful launches as a key performance indicator and consistently meet or surpass Scorecard metrics.
• Efficiently track and manage onboarding accounts using tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, and ChurnZero.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing position.
• Proven experience leading live customer engagements via video, phone, or chat.
• Experience in Customer Success within a remote, SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with church management systems (ChMS), giving platforms, or related technologies.
• Background in supporting retention or upselling premium services.
• Experience in hosting webinars or group training sessions.
