This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the onboarding process for each client, comprehending their workflows and objectives while ensuring timely implementation across various accounts simultaneously.
• Set up the platform, configure integrations, and ensure users and organizations are fully operational.
• Educate customers on how to effectively utilize Super Dispatch tailored to their specific operations, including features, workflows, and best practices.
• Assist customers with integration requirements by helping them understand their options and best practices for linking Super Dispatch with their current systems.
• Leverage AI productivity tools to enhance the consistency and efficiency of your onboarding efforts.
• Identify issues at an early stage, escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate teams, and collaborate with product and support teams to eliminate obstacles.
• Facilitate change management within client organizations to promote adoption and ensure long-term value.
• Proven experience in customer onboarding, implementation, solutions consulting, or technical account management.
• Technologically adept and quick to grasp new software.
• Familiarity with API concepts and integration workflows, capable of explaining system connections and guiding customers on best practices.
• No coding experience required.
• Strong communicator who can articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in using AI productivity tools.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple accounts in a remote setting.
• Eager to gain a working understanding of the auto transport industry to better assist customers.
• Willingness to travel domestically on occasion for on-site onboarding sessions.
