Onboarding Manager – you make partners successful

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assist new partner businesses.

• You will establish their systems, provide training, and offer remote support through video calls.

• You will be their continuous point of contact.

• You will respond to inquiries with patience and clarity.

• You will ensure that your partners utilize the product effectively and achieve greater success as a result.

• You will identify further opportunities for them, such as developing a professional website or engaging in online marketing.

• A genuine interest in people and the ability to build rapport with practitioners.

• Tact and sensitivity when facilitating change.

• Patience and sound judgment.

• Dependability.

• An independent and organized working style, adaptability in working hours, and excellent proficiency in the German language.

• Previous experience is not mandatory.
