This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise and manage the onboarding process for network inventory.
• Facilitate biweekly meetings with clients and oversee customer communication.
• Handle the daily operations of the offshore onboarding team (3 members).
• Develop, implement, and enhance scalable workflows and processes, including tools, automation, and AI Agents.
• Work collaboratively across departments such as Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Product to ensure a smooth customer experience while identifying gaps in current processes and systems.
• 1-2+ years of experience in startup operations, technology, or consulting.
• Proven project management abilities, with a skill for critically evaluating existing processes and recognizing opportunities for improvement.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, with the capability to manage and analyze large datasets.
• High emotional intelligence, as this position is heavily customer-focused and requires daily team management.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A strong team player who can also function and deliver results independently.
• 5% annual bonus.
