This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Facilitate the entire onboarding journey for new hires, starting from acceptance of the offer to their initial session.
• Gather and manage all necessary onboarding documentation, credentials, certifications, and clearances.
• Follow up with new hires to ensure that all required documentation is completed.
• Oversee the onboarding timeline and ensure new hires are adhering to their schedules.
• Track mandatory training and follow up on any incomplete training sessions.
• Enroll new employees into scheduling, data/clinical, payroll, email, and communication platforms.
• Ensure that new hires have the necessary access and information prior to their start date.
• Serve as the main contact for new hires during their initial weeks.
• Address onboarding inquiries through phone, email, and text.
• Provide ongoing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process.
• Keep precise records of the onboarding activities.
• Identify obstacles, delays, and recurring issues related to onboarding.
• Collaborate with the broader team to enhance onboarding processes and improve the experience for new hires.
• Assist with general HR and administrative onboarding duties as necessary.
• Previous experience in onboarding, HR administration, healthcare administration, recruitment coordination, or a comparable administrative role is beneficial.
• Familiarity with the healthcare, ABA, behavioral health, or clinical sectors is advantageous.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills.
• Proficient in communicating via phone, email, and text.
• Strong computer skills.
• Quick to learn and adept at navigating new software and systems.
• Capable of managing multiple new hires and onboarding processes concurrently.
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Professional, approachable, and solutions-oriented demeanor.
• Availability to work US Hours (9am-5pm EST).
• The recruitment process entails completing an application, submitting a CV, and participating in a one-way video interview.
