Property Onboarding Specialist – Partner Network

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Reach out to newly approved property partners to explain the onboarding process and the required information, documentation, photos, and materials.

• Follow up with partners to gather any missing or incomplete information while maintaining communication throughout the publication process.

• Collect, organize, review, and update property descriptions, amenities, policies, rates, availability, location details, and contact information.

• Create and revise property listings in accordance with company SOPs and checklists.

• Create and publish property listings on the company's WordPress website.

• Format and optimize property content, including titles, descriptions, headings, and other listing materials.

• Organize and upload property images according to established quality and formatting standards.

• Conduct final quality-control reviews and correct any errors prior to publication.

• Track and resolve any revisions and corrections needed post-publication.

• Collaborate with the Partner Success, Marketing, Reservations, Revenue, and Operations teams.

• Maintain onboarding records, monitor status, follow-ups, pending information, and publication dates.

• Identify onboarding challenges and suggest improvements for workflows, checklists, and SOPs.

• Support initiatives aimed at increasing the number and quality of properties within the partner network.

• Achieve KPIs related to onboarding volume, time, listing completeness, accuracy, quality, SEO, error rates, revisions, partner follow-up, backlog, and SOP compliance.

• Exceptional written and verbal English skills.

• Prior experience with WordPress and managing website content.

• Keen attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Strong written communication skills and proficiency in partner-facing interactions.

• Comfortable engaging with property owners, managers, and business partners.

• Ability to adhere to detailed SOPs, checklists, and processes.

• Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.

• Preferably experienced in hospitality, property management, vacation rentals, real estate, OTAs, or accommodation platforms.

• Experience in managing property listings or accommodation websites is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation and optimization is a plus.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple properties simultaneously.

• Reliable internet connection and a professional home office environment.

• Mid-level experience is required.
