This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise the integration of new providers and practices, including practice acquisitions, expansions, hospitalist programs, and closures.
• Develop and uphold standardized implementation processes for practices associated with Tenet Practice Resources.
• Coordinate efforts related to provider enrollment, HR, IT infrastructure, hardware and software, revenue cycle management, compliance, and quality management.
• Provide specialized knowledge and lead the integration of providers into the health service organization.
• Foster collaborative relationships among hospital Administrative Teams, Tenet Practice Resources, and newly onboarded physicians or those in acquired or new practices.
• Oversee project management for transitions of physicians and practices into or out of Tenet Practice Resources.
• Manage equipment, computers, software, real estate, and replacement needs to ensure alignment with TPR standards and practices.
• Supervise physician and practice offboarding, expansions, and relocations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for practice or regional transactions.
• Conduct weekly meetings with the onboarding team and relevant stakeholders.
• Update the National Director on transitions and any potential issues.
• Provide physicians and practices with detailed transition steps, timelines, required documents, signatures, and tasks.
• Ensure that transitions are compliant and executed successfully.
• Confirm that necessary licensures and approved exceptions are secured by the go-live date.
• Ensure timely submission of provider credentialing paperwork.
• Maintain progress reports, oversee transition timelines, and monitor provider status.
• Communicate the completion of transitions to operational and financial departments.
• Lead marketing initiatives for first-year physicians and practices, including profiles, websites, entity formation, advertising, referral lists, Press Ganey inclusion, and directory management.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the efficiency of the transition process.
• Investigate and seek to resolve any communication or process issues impacting provider transitions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience in Practice Management is essential.
• Extensive experience may be accepted in place of the educational requirement.
• Minimum of 3 years managing multi-specialty medical practices.
• Experience in coordinating provider enrollment, HR, IT, revenue cycle management, compliance, and quality management.
• Capability to manage provider and practice transitions, acquisitions, expansions, closures, offboarding, and relocations.
• Knowledge of provider credentialing processes and required operational licensures.
• Ability to monitor transition timelines, provider status, documentation, and departmental communications.
• Competence in organizing weekly onboarding meetings and briefing the National Director.
• Ability to support marketing activities for physicians and practices, as well as directory management.
• Skill in investigating and resolving communication or process-related issues.
