This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee the comprehensive onboarding process for employees globally, which includes gathering and validating information, completing onboarding documentation, and arranging payroll and benefits enrollment.
• Support the collection and verification of international employment documents, such as work permits, visas, and tax forms.
• Prepare employment contracts utilizing in-house templates and manage post-onboarding amendments throughout the employee's tenure.
• Communicate with international clients to offer onboarding assistance and guidance via phone and email.
• Ensure that legal and regulatory documents are accurate, complete, and properly organized.
• Maintain precise records for clients and employees, ensuring data integrity on the internal platform.
• Convey onboarding requirements and timelines effectively to clients and employees.
• Conduct training sessions or provide materials regarding the Horizons platform, policies, and procedures.
• Foster client relationships and collaborate closely with teams in client success, sales, payroll, finance, and legal.
• Evaluate and enhance onboarding workflows, systems, and tools.
• Monitor compliance with employment laws, regulations, and EOR policies.
• Address onboarding issues and escalations, involving the manager in high-risk scenarios.
• Manage expectations concerning employment contracts to reduce unnecessary template modifications.
• Attend team and management meetings.
• Utilize CRM systems and internal communication platforms.
• Collect post-onboarding feedback and resolve concerns with clients and employees.
• Proven experience in administering employee onboarding; experience with global setup, administration, and maintenance is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in onboarding or HR administration.
• Previous experience in onboarding, HR administration, or a similar role, ideally within an EOR or PEO environment.
• Familiarity with global onboarding processes and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of local and international employment regulations and compliance standards.
• Understanding of employee onboarding best practices, contract drafting using templates, and HR documentation management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and customer service capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, adhere to deadlines, and maintain precise, confidential records.
• Proficient with HR software, CRM systems, and related tools; familiarity with HubSpot and Confluence is ideal.
