Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Ensure the prompt and precise onboarding of new customer locations.

• Confirm cameras, market reports, transaction data, and location setups.

• Identify, address, and escalate onboarding issues as necessary.

• Adhere to established onboarding procedures, timelines, and requirements.

• Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely status updates.

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to address onboarding concerns.

• Ensure locations are fully equipped and comply with all requirements prior to activation.

• Participate in process enhancements to reduce onboarding errors, delays, and inefficiencies.

• Oversee the onboarding process from initial camera setup and verification to market report validation and successful activation.

• Assist in the transition from installation to active monitoring and investigation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong abilities in problem-solving, data entry, and communication.

• Proficient in Google Sheets and data analysis.

• Availability for full-time work (40 hours/week) in U.S. Eastern Time.

• Capability to work remotely from the Philippines.
