This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take ownership of the complete onboarding process for homes, from the signed contract to live status and reservation acceptance on OTA platforms.
• Act as the main point of contact for homeowners through welcome calls, regular status updates, and prompt communication.
• Develop and oversee onboarding workflows, systems, pipelines, and priorities.
• Daily maintain the onboarding tracker and ensure visibility of the pipeline.
• Set up homeowners on platforms such as Stripe and OwnerRez.
• Create and enhance listings across necessary OTA websites.
• Coordinate services including cleaning, inspections, photography, pool maintenance, pest control, lawn care, and other vendor activities.
• Obtain homeowner approval for essential go-live items.
• Manage transitions with previous property managers, vendors, and service teams.
• Communicate with HOAs and communities concerning parking, amenities, guest access, and local regulations.
• Monitor onboarding KPIs.
• Evaluate processes and operations to suggest more efficient workflows, systems, and enhancements.
• Spearhead continuous-improvement initiatives from identifying problems to implementation and standardization.
• Support teams in adopting and adhering to proposed solutions.
• Track progress, monitor KPIs, and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Advocate for best practices, methodologies, and tools.
• Foster consistency and standardization across functional areas.
• Conduct continuous-improvement training sessions and workshops.
• Plan, develop, schedule, and deliver ongoing education courses for the Guest Communications team.
• Research curricula and advancements in the industry.
• Collect feedback and enhance training sessions.
• Evaluate training retention through assessments and quizzes.
• Produce printed and instructional training materials.
• Identify additional training requirements in collaboration with leadership.
• Deliver training from needs assessment through lesson planning, development, and execution.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and its impact on skills and KPIs.
• Proficient in professional English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, or workflows simultaneously.
• Ability to quickly diagnose process issues and implement effective solutions.
• Comfortable learning and navigating various software platforms.
• Reliable computer, stable high-speed internet, and a quiet remote workspace.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
• Experience in vacation rental, short-term rental, hospitality, or property management (preferred).
• Knowledge of OwnerRez, Guesty, Hostaway, Breezeway, Lodgify, or similar short-term rental software (preferred).
• Familiarity with Stripe or other payment/onboarding platforms (preferred).
• Experience in designing SOPs, training programs, or process improvement initiatives (preferred).
• Background in operations, project coordination, or continuous improvement (preferred).
• 100% remote work — operate from anywhere in Latin America.
