Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for new clients from the signing of contracts to the go-live phase.

• Facilitate Zoom onboarding sessions to set up payroll, bookkeeping, taxes, and other Every products, guiding clients through each step of the process.

• Collaborate internally with Every's Payroll, Tax, Bookkeeping, and other product teams to ensure timely completion of customer tasks.

• Manage the entire contract process: send, monitor, follow up, and confirm signatures.

• Accurately update billing systems upon contract execution.

• Proactively oversee open items, deadlines, and dependencies across various customer onboardings at the same time.

• Identify obstacles early and drive solutions, whether the issue is with the customer or within the organization.

• Provide prompt and clear responses to customer inquiries, ensuring same-day communication at all times.

• Develop and enhance onboarding playbooks as the company scales.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.

• 1-3 years of experience in an onboarding, customer success, or a relevant position.

• Outstanding communicator: articulate, confident, and polished in video calls with founders and executives.

• Highly detail-oriented: you notice what others overlook and ensure no task is left unattended.

• Strong project coordination skills: adept at managing multiple moving parts across different teams without losing track.

• Naturally responsive: you view unanswered messages as unfinished tasks.

• Organized and systems-oriented: you create structure.

• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

• Quick to adapt to new tools and technologies.

• Bonus: experience in payroll, bookkeeping, fintech, or financial operations.
