Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for new clients throughout the onboarding process.

• Assist clients in navigating onboarding milestones to ensure a seamless transition.

• Organize and coordinate onboarding meetings, training sessions, and follow-up calls.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide updates and address inquiries.

• Gather and organize necessary customer information for effective onboarding.

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely and accurate completion of onboarding tasks.

• Monitor onboarding progress and proactively follow up on any outstanding items.

• Record customer interactions, onboarding activities, and essential account information in company systems.

• Identify potential onboarding challenges and escalate issues as needed.

• Contribute to a positive customer experience by ensuring clients feel supported throughout the onboarding journey.

• Assist in improving processes and documentation related to onboarding workflows.

• Support customer retention efforts by facilitating a successful launch experience for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading – **MUST**.

• Prior experience onboarding B2B clients – **MUST**.

• Previous background in Customer Success, Customer Onboarding, Account Management, or a related client-facing position – **MUST**.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients.

• Experience in managing client relationships and guiding customers through implementation or onboarding processes.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
