This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Lead the Onboarding Journey: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, emphasizing compliance and the smooth handling of documentation, including the verification and assembly of employment packages.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take responsibility for the complete employee onboarding lifecycle, fulfilling all operational requirements to guarantee a seamless and successful experience, while effectively addressing any employee inquiries during the process.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with teams in Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll to ensure a smooth experience for both clients and their employees.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously identify and implement enhancements to the onboarding experience, proactively anticipating and addressing changing needs.
• Data Expertise: Oversee and maintain employee data, ensuring the accuracy, security, and compliance of information with confidentiality standards.
• Support Compliance Initiatives: Assist in reporting, audits, and data integrity projects to maintain our dedication to operational excellence.
• Drive Automation: Recognize and promote automation opportunities to streamline onboarding processes, enhancing efficiency and scalability.
• Extensive Operations Experience: You possess a robust background in operational roles, with a comprehensive understanding of people operations (experience in employment and legal contracting is essential).
• Contract Knowledge: Skilled in managing employment contracts and other legally binding documents, particularly within the HR or people management domain.
• Adaptability: You thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments, preferably in startups or rapidly growing companies, and are energized by new challenges.
• Team-Oriented Mindset: A genuine collaborator who prioritizes team success and displays a strong sense of ownership. You are capable of working independently while proactively seeking support when necessary.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Highly proficient in written and spoken English at a business level, with a sharp eye for detail and clarity in documentation and communication, ensuring accurate and professional information dissemination across diverse audiences. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Tech-Savvy and Adaptable: Proficient in utilizing various collaboration tools for effective asynchronous work, with the ability to learn and adapt to new and evolving systems.
• Independent and Collaborative: Capable of working autonomously and seamlessly within a fast-paced, international remote team, managing multiple priorities. Open to flexible hours to meet global demands as necessary.
• Familiarity with Key Tools: Experience with communication, documentation, and project management platforms such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace (G-Suite) or similar tools.
• Knowledge and Content Management: Competent in organizing, maintaining, and updating knowledge and content resources to ensure accessibility and accuracy, promoting team efficiency and seamless information flow.
